Dan at small beer Interviewed Driftwood
Dan is a pretty cool guy. He also has been lining up interviews with some of his local Victorian brewers. Driftwood was the first to accept Dan’s request at an interview. Here are the links:

For me, the highlights of the interview were:
- A new beer, Bella Royale. You’re going to have to read part three to find out what it’s going to be.
- Return of the Sartori.
- An IPA might be added to the regular lineup after Sartori’s release.
- Finally a brewer says honey beers are bullshit.
I can’t wait for his Phillips interview.
